Stuck in a country where you cannot acess your 'home' stations can be frustrating. Not with VPNUK. The help line guided me through the set up process. Thanks I'll be renewing again when I'm next out of the country.

I cannot thank the VPNUK Team enough for protecting my privacy. VPNUK received an email request for my contact details from a person who had seen my name on a feedback comment in Juy 2013. That person assumed that I was a relative of theirs and wanted to get in touch with me. The name given by the person was not one that I recognized nor was it in my genealogy charts back to 1790. I Appreciated Paul's action in sending the email to me to decide what action I wanted to take, And no, I did not give out my contact details.

Thank you for your assistance in getting me connected to VPNUK at the week-end. I am a 75 year old grandmother struggling with modern technology and after frustrating attempts to get connected, I gave up and went out for lunch with my husband.. On our return I reluctantly decided to try again and to my complete delight the fairies in my computer had connected me - or maybe it was the excellent staff at VPNUK. I am eternally grateful to both. Thank you again for your assistance.

customer service was almost immediate. midnight US eastern time and got a chat msg within seconds of sending my issue. if all companies in the world were like vpnuk no one would be stressed. butterflies and hummingbirds would reign supreme. seriously though.... thumbs up!! thanks paul!

Been a VPNUK user since 1/1/2009! It just works - support is always excellent & quick when needed. Reason I am here today is checking to see if you guys support Chrome OS (not expecting you do) and surprise you do that too now! Happy Happy customer Tongue

I have used VPNUK now for about 4 years in Spain and even when I went back to NZ. I will definitely be using it again when I am out of the UK. Superb efficient help too if you have the need. Smile

Excellent support today when the servers went down, had an email within minutes and then 2 follow ups until it was fixed. I use the VPN account every day in China, it really is a life saver for me, thanks again.

A big thankyou to all of the VPNUK team, especially Paul and Carlos who have sorted my renewal despite the best efforts of PayPal!
I travel so much that the VPN is a godsend to watch UK TV around the World, I?ve recently watched from the States, Russia, China and South America and always connect fine and then I'm at the mercy of the Hotel connection speed Unsure

Certainly happy with the VPNUK service and confirmed that with another yearly renewal!

I spend 6-7 weeks abroad every year in a country where the only TV is god-awful American ***** with endless ad breaks. What a relief to find VPNUK which worked extremely well so I was able to watch all my Uk channels. A very reasonable monthly rate as well. I have already recommended VPNUK to my brother who travels abroad frequently. I did notice some contention when the footie was on otherwise a great service!

The VPN is good - however, can't seem to be able to watch any US sites/full programs live on the iPad as they take me to the App which I cannot download as I'm the UK:-(

This is always a problem with apple users. The only solution for bypassing geo blocking from the app store with its location lookup and geo restricted apps is to connect the VPN then setup a new itunes account on the ipad so its location spying thinks you are in the country you want it to think you are in, so in your case, the USA! Its awkward, but thats itunes for you!

There should be higher ratings than excellent! Angie was so very, very helpful I would give her a 10 not a 5 Grin She was very patient with a problem that was happening on more than one server and she stayed with it and was always polite and helpful even though I was asking to try multiple servers until I found one that worked for me. Thank you so much Angie. Also, Carlos helped my last night and was just as polite and accommodating. The customer service here is fantastic. Thank you!
